Meet Rio Gache Hernandez
Before Rio Gache Hernandez became a Bay Area real estate agent, she spent over a decade mastering the art of making things look good, run smoothly, and hit on time. From producing large-scale events across the US and Canada for ABS-CBN International, to designing visual content through her own photography and design studio PanFocus Studios, to managing operations in construction — Rio built a career around precision, creativity, and getting results under pressure.
But it was a deeper calling that led her to real estate: a belief that homeownership is one of the most powerful ways everyday families build lasting wealth. Now, as the founder of Rio GH Real Estate (DRE #02434945), she brings every skill she's earned to one mission — helping first-time homebuyers in the Bay Area navigate one of the most competitive markets in the country and come out with keys in hand.
What sets Rio apart is what she brings to the table before a home ever hits the market. With a trained eye for design, photography, and marketing, she knows exactly how to position a property to attract serious buyers — and how to help her buyers see past staging to spot real value. She doesn't just close deals. She educates, advocates, and walks alongside her clients every step of the way.
If you're buying your first home in the Bay Area, Rio GH Real Estate is your guide.
