Meet Rio Gache Hernandez

Before Rio Gache Hernandez became a Bay Area real estate agent, she spent over a decade mastering the art of making things look good, run smoothly, and hit on time. From producing large-scale events across the US and Canada for ABS-CBN International, to designing visual content through her own photography and design studio PanFocus Studios, to managing operations in construction — Rio built a career around precision, creativity, and getting results under pressure.

But it was a deeper calling that led her to real estate: a belief that homeownership is one of the most powerful ways everyday families build lasting wealth. Now, as the founder of Rio GH Real Estate (DRE #02434945), she brings every skill she's earned to one mission — helping first-time homebuyers in the Bay Area navigate one of the most competitive markets in the country and come out with keys in hand.
